All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion. All Price listed on the online shopping cart are in Singapore Dollars.

Product Availability

Powertools Singapore Pte. Ltd. cannot guarantee product availability and products; nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. Powertools Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Typographical Errors

Powertools Singapore Pte.Ltd. strives to make every piece of information as accurately as we could. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Powertools Singapore Pte.Ltd. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery charge of S$50 will be imposed if orders are less than S$400. 

Payment

Local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered. You will be responsible for the paying of any local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt. In the event if the payment is not made we will not hand over your order. Please prepare Cash payment or Cheque Payment and pass to our deliveryman when he/she pass the order to you.

Exchange Policy

You are responsible to check the items, we do not refund or exchange the orders.
